I realize that the idea of putting your home on the market may seem overwhelming when
you think about clearing clutter, spring cleaning and doing touch up work. I also realize
that keeping your home in this condition and ready for showings at all time is difficult.
A benefit of listing your home with me is that you can take advantage of my STAGED
TO SELL service. I will assist you in eliminating some of the anxiety surrounding
getting your home on the market in the proper condition to show. We will go room to
room & decide on staging to make your home show in the best light. In this competitive
market you might never get a second chance to make a first impression.
I can also offer you a professional cleaning service. I suggest that we work on de-
cluttering and do all the touch up and then have it professionally cleaned, I will contract
this service and supervise the project to make the house shine.
